Most Recently I competed in the ANB Pro Show in the ANB Oceania Show last season in Brisbane and placed in the top 4 of the Pro bikini line up.

My favourite supplements that I use daily from International Protein are the Superior whey in Vanilla flavour and the Trainers choice protein powder in White Chocolate. I also drink the Carni-strip everyday usually in the afternoons before a workout I love the raspberry lemonade, it actually tastes like lemonade! I have the Pro-nut chocolate peanut butter on rice crackers as a snack very regularly, this is my new favourite snack.

As a competitive athlete I have certainly had my share of protein powders in my time and International Proteins’ products are by far the best on the Australian Market. In my opinion there is no other product that comes close in terms of quality and value for money. In addition, I used to have a lot of bloating issues after drinking a protein powder and I have not experienced any issues like that at all since changing my products to IP.

I highly recommend their products to all athletes and exercise enthusiasts around the world! Get the good stuff make those Gainz!

I do strength training with my Coach and boyfriend Andrew Deasy of Granite Conditioning six days a week. I also do additional cardio leading up to show and Team Hiit training with our entire Granite team once a week.

Andrew has taught me the fundamentals of strength training and the level of pain and intensity that I need to get used to for maximal growth.I take my training very seriously as a result of his methods and guidance.

Amino Charged WPI – I always have an Amino Charged WPI shake after training as a quick source of protein and also during the day in addition to my food. Amino Charged WPI is great for me as I am gluten intolerant and it is gluten free. Plus it has added Glutamine and Arginine to help me with muscle growth and recovery.
Glutamine – I take glutamine in the morning, before training and after training to assist with muscle growth and recovery.
Amino Recovery – I use this in the morning, before and after training to assist with muscle recovery.
Kre-Alkalyn – I use this before training to assist with my workout intensity and after training to assist with muscle growth.
Protein Synergy 5 – I use this to make protein pancakes.
M-Casein – Pre bed shake or custard when mixed with less liquid
Extreme Carbs – Pre/Post Workout in the off season to assist in recovery
In addition to the above, I love to experiment by making clean protein treats and desserts using the whole International Protein Range, but mainly the protein. Follow me on Facebook or Instagram for recipes.

Winning the 2013 IFBB Australian Amateur Grand Prix, Melbourne, Open Figure Short

One muscle group per day so that I can really target each body part. For lagging body parts I
train them twice a week. I also prefer to use free weights whenever possible. I also incorporate
cardio into both my off-season and on-season training including HIIT sessions.

All one can do as a bodybuilder is bring their best to the stage and hope that it’s the look the judges want that day. With that being said of course I sign up for a show to win, but my primary goal is to become legendary. What I mean by legendary is that I want the audience to leave the show and go to their respective gyms and say “I saw something incredible”. An example of that is Flex Wheeler’s physique at the 1993 Arnold Classic. To this day people still say it’s arguably the best physique to grace the stage. Now that doesn’t always translate into a win, but to be able to inspire people and be talked about long after that stage goes dark is pricless. People may forget who won a show, but a physique that’s awe-inspiring is talked about for ages. To be one of those physiques, that’s my goal.
